For people with a special interest in the mental health field who are not otherwise eligible for ordinary membership.
For full-time undergraduate nursing students or RNs enrolled in a full-time postgraduate course. Evidence of enrolment required.
Evidence of maternity leave must accompany renewal — employer approval or baby's birth certificate if self-employed.

Membership starts from $121/year for students, retired members, and those on maternity or parental leave. Ordinary membership is $330/year, or from $27.50/month. All fees are tax deductible.
No. Credentialing and membership are separate. You can join at any stage of your career. Membership supports your credentialing journey by providing access to CPD, resources, and discounted credentialing fees when you are ready to apply.

Yes. Associate Membership is designed for nurses, allied health professionals, and others with a professional interest in mental health nursing. You will have access to CPD, resources, events, and the member community.
Once your membership is confirmed you will receive login details for the ACMHN website and an invitation to CollabHub, the member community platform. Member-only resources, event discounts, and credentialing access are all available through your member account.
Membership is a minimum 12-month commitment. Fees are due annually and are not normally refunded. Exceptions include identified overpayments, errors made by the ACMHN, or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the CEO.
