A C4N EBR App has been developed to provide Credentialed nurses and prospective Credentialed nurses with a user-friendly CPD portfolio to document professional development relevant to credentialing.

⚠ Important Notice
The C4N app is no longer available on the Apple and Google Play Stores. A web version of the app is available at c4n.cloud/app — and can be saved to your home screen or desktop for easy access.

Install & Save the App

iPhone

  1. In your browser, go to c4n.cloud/app then tap the share icon — a box with an up arrow.
  2. Choose Add to Home Screen from the list.
  3. Tap Add in the top right corner.
  4. An app icon will appear on your home screen.

Android

  1. In your browser, go to c4n.cloud/app then tap the three dot menu.
  2. Select Install app from the options.
  3. Select Add to Home Screen.
  4. An app icon will appear on your home screen.

Desktop

  1. Open c4n.cloud/app in your preferred browser.
  2. In the address bar, select Add to Favourites or save to a folder of your choice.
Once you have completed your report you will be provided with instructions on how to include it in your online application.
