Re-Credentialing
All applications for re-credentialing are welcomed. If you have not re-credentialed before the expiry date of your current credential you will not eligible to continue to claim you are credentialed and this may affect your eligibility for Medicare initiatives if relevant.
Please read the Guidelines before submitting your application and if you have any queries contact the College on 1300 667 079.
Applications must be submitted using the forms and Guidelines.
