Mental health nursing is asserting its rightful place in primary care. Mental health nurses are providing an array of services across a diversity of practice settings.

At this conference we are aiming to learn more about this broad scope of practice, what currently exists and the likely future directions. However, that is not enough: We know what we do is important – that it makes a difference; it is time to start proving it.
